Terms and Conditions

The TAFU Plus app is a product of Tafu International Trading Group Sole Co., Ltd. It is an application that provides various convenient services to customers, transactions through financial institutions and other services.

1. User Personal Information

The company is required to collect basic information that corresponds to personal data, phone numbers, and other details of customers who use the services in order to facilitate transactions and resolve various issues. All information will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to others.

2. Referral Conditions

  • You will receive a 5% referral commission (or as determined by the company) from each lottery purchase bill made by the friend you referred.
  • You can refer friends up to 2 levels and can set your own percentage share.
  • Referral commissions will be transferred to the bank account you linked to the system every Sunday. The minimum payout is 200,000 LAK. If the amount does not reach the minimum, it will be carried over to the following week.
  • The company reserves the right to change these conditions without prior notice.
Example: Customer A refers Customer B by scanning a QR code. When B purchases a lottery ticket, Customer A will immediately receive 5%.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for any damages arising from their own mistakes, in accordance with the terms, policies, service conditions, and the laws of the Lao PDR.

4. Company Responsibilities

The company will be responsible for any damages arising from the provision of services under the laws of the Lao PDR.

5. Prohibitions

  • Fraud, embezzlement, or creating illegal problems is prohibited.
  • It is prohibited to use the app for the delivery of prohibited goods or the sale of illegal lottery tickets.
  • The company reserves the right to change the terms and policies without prior notice.

6. Special Activities

Description

Coin
Coins can be used as a discount based on the amount in kip, up to 20% per bill, or as otherwise determined by the company.

Point
A Point is the score earned from purchases or daily check-ins. For every purchase of 100 kip, the customer will receive 1 Point, or 10,000 kip will earn 100 Points. (Points are calculated from the full bill amount before discount.) Example: If a user makes a purchase of 10,000 kip and receives a 1,000 kip discount, the actual payment is 9,000 kip, but the system will still calculate Points based on 10,000 kip, so the user will receive 100 Points.

Token
A Token is a coin converted from Points. 100 Points = 1 Token The system will automatically convert Points into Tokens and the user can start collecting new Points again. Tokens can be used to spin the lucky wheel, where 1 Token allows 1 spin. Prizes may include Coins, Points, or even Tokens so the user can spin again. There are also grand prizes such as an electric motorcycle, mobile phone, or gold necklace. In such cases, company staff will contact the winner to arrange prize collection.

Daily Check-in System
This is a system that allows users to receive free Points every day simply by logging into the system and going to the daily check-in menu. The Points awarded are as follows:

  • Day 1 - 10 Points
  • Day 2 - 20 Points
  • Day 3 - 20 Points
  • Day 4 - 50 Points
  • Day 5 - 50 Points
  • Day 6 - 50 Points
  • Day 7 - 100 Points

(The number of Points awarded each day may be changed according to the company’s conditions.)

If a user checks in every day for 7 consecutive days, they will receive a total of 300 Points, equivalent to 3 Tokens. After that, the user will restart at Day 1 on the following day.

If a user forgets to check in, the system will reset and the user must start checking in again from Day 1. Example: If a user has checked in for 4 consecutive days but misses check-in on Day 5, the next time they log in, they must restart from Day 1.

Conditions for Earning Points

  1. Customers who purchase 1,000 kip will receive 10 Points.
  2. The Points earned will be automatically credited to the customer’s Point wallet for accumulation and conversion into Tokens according to the company’s conditions.
  3. Earned Points cannot be exchanged, converted, or redeemed for cash, credit, or any other benefits except as specified by the company.
  4. The company reserves the right to change the number of Points, accumulation conditions, or benefit redemption conditions as appropriate without prior notice.

Lucky Wheel Rules

  1. 1 Token is required for 1 spin of the lucky wheel.
  2. Customers are eligible to win all prizes displayed on the wheel.
  3. If the prize received is Coins, Points, or Tokens, the system will automatically add the prize to the customer’s in-app wallet.
  4. If the prize received is a physical item, such as a gold necklace, iPhone, or electric motorcycle, the company will contact the customer to arrange prize collection, or the customer may contact the admin immediately to claim the prize.
  5. Customers who win a prize must contact the company to confirm their prize claim within 14 days from the date they receive the prize. If they fail to do so within the specified period, it will be considered an automatic forfeiture of the prize.

Daily Check-in Rules for Free Points

  1. Customers can check in to receive Points once per day.
  2. Each check-in gives free Points, and the number of Points received varies by day.
  3. The first day gives fewer Points.
  4. The more consecutive check-ins a customer makes, the higher the Points they will receive.
  5. Customers must check in continuously every day. If they miss check-in for even 1 day, the system will reset and they must start again from Day 1.
  6. Points earned from check-ins can be accumulated together.
  7. Once the customer collects 100 Points, they can redeem 1 Token.
  8. Customers can use 1 Token to spin the lucky wheel 1 time.

7. Refund conditions for users

  • In the event that a user makes a purchase and completes the bill payment later than the specified time, the system will automatically cancel the bill and refund the payment to the account used for the transaction by 8:20 PM on the payment date.
  • In the event that a customer purchases lottery tickets and the payment is successfully completed, but the bill status is cancelled, the system will refund the payment to the account used for the transaction by 8:20 PM on the payment date.

8. Account suspension conditions

The company reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend a user account without prior notice if it is found that the user’s behavior violates the company’s terms, conditions, or policies, under the following circumstances.

  • The system has detected that the user has purchasing patterns or behaviors that may constitute an improper attempt to exploit the company’s system.

In the event that the company detects such behavior, the company reserves the right to cancel the purchase transaction, and the system will refund the user the actual amount paid to the account used for the payment. The refund process will be completed within 7–14 business days. The user’s purchasing rights will be suspended for a period determined by the company. If repeated violations are detected, the user’s purchasing rights will be permanently suspended.

The company shall not be liable for any damages or other impacts that may arise from the suspension of services, and reserves the right to take legal action as deemed appropriate.

The company reserves the right to amend or modify its terms, conditions, and policies without prior notice. The company’s decisions shall be final.
