Terms and Conditions
The TAFU Plus app is a product of Tafu International Trading
Group Sole Co., Ltd. It is an application that provides various
convenient services to customers, transactions through financial
institutions and other services.
1. User Personal Information
The company is required to collect basic information that corresponds
to personal data, phone numbers, and other details of customers who
use the services in order to facilitate transactions and resolve
various issues. All information will be kept confidential and will not
be disclosed to others.
2. Referral Conditions

You will receive a 5% referral commission (or as determined by the company) from each lottery purchase bill made by the friend you referred.

You can refer friends up to 2 levels and can set your own percentage share.
- Referral commissions will be transferred to the bank account you linked to the system every Sunday. The minimum payout is 200,000 LAK. If the amount does not reach the minimum, it will be carried over to the following week.

The company reserves the right to change these conditions without prior notice.
Example: Customer A refers Customer B by scanning a QR code. When B purchases a lottery ticket, Customer A will immediately receive 5%.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for any damages arising from their own mistakes,
in accordance with the terms, policies, service conditions, and the
laws of the Lao PDR.
4. Company Responsibilities
The company will be responsible for any damages arising from the
provision of services under the laws of the Lao PDR.
5. Prohibitions

Fraud, embezzlement, or creating illegal problems is prohibited.

It is prohibited to use the app for the delivery of prohibited goods
or the sale of illegal lottery tickets.

The company reserves the right to change the terms and policies
without prior notice.
6. Points

Points are earned from lottery purchases and other activities
according to the company’s policy at different times.

Each point redemption must be equal in value to the product being
purchased.
Example: If a customer has 1,000 points (1,000T), they can use them as
a discount for lottery purchases or redeem them for rewards according
to the current policy.
